Following a notice received from the eThekwini Water and Sanitation Department, there is currently a water supply challenge affecting the Northern Aqueduct system due to low storage levels at the Durban Heights Water Works.
As a result, high-lying areas, including Riverhorse Valley, are experiencing water shortages. Members are kindly requested to use water sparingly during this period to assist in stabilising the system.
Water tankers will be deployed where necessary to provide temporary relief.
