Pictured above is a shocking image showing the amount of litter that was collected at the litter boom in the Umhlangane River on the East side. The RHV Management Association Cleaning and Greening team bagged the litter which took them approximately a week to complete as complications arose due to the litter boom snapping shortly after the team began bagging the waste. The bags of litter were then taken away by Orecol via a skip to be sorted and recycled if possible.
