The survey also reinforces Riverhorse Valley’s position as an active commercial hub, with 69% of businesses employing between 1 and 50 people and a strong representation across the warehousing, automotive, engineering, and printing sectors.
Importantly, 97% of respondents would recommend Riverhorse Valley to others, reflecting trust in the estate’s management and ongoing service delivery.
Members also shared what they value most about the precinct — safety and security, and its convenient location with access to major routes — while noting key areas for continued attention, including visible policing and reducing taxi intimidation.
