Ongoing infrastructure upkeep: key municipal repairs in Riverhorse Valley

Earlier this month, eThekwini Municipality continued its efforts to maintain and improve essential infrastructure within Riverhorse Valley. Several repairs and maintenance activities were carried out across different areas, addressing key service points in the precinct.

Burst Water Meter Repaired in Island Circle Another burst water meter in Island Circle was repaired, ensuring water wastage was controlled and the supply to surrounding areas was stabilised.

Imvubu Park Bridge Maintenance Maintenance was performed on the Imvubu Park bridge, a critical access point in the precinct. Ensuring this bridge remains in good condition helps maintain safe and efficient movement through the area.

Manhole Maintenance Across the Precinct Teams worked on service manholes in various areas, addressing wear and tear to ensure they remain functional and safe for use.

Streetlight Power Supply Testing and Repairs Work was also completed on the power supply to streetlights across the precinct. This involved maintenance, repairs, and testing to ensure the streetlights remain operational, contributing to safety and visibility during evening hours.
