Several important maintenance and repair projects were completed this month, including:
- Wastewater pump station repairs: Damaged cables at the waste pump station were replaced, restoring essential infrastructure functionality.
- Road signage replacement: Faded road name signage was replaced on Corobrick and Effingham Roads, improving navigation for road users.
- Traffic signal repairs: Faulty traffic signals were repaired at the intersections of Queen Nandi Drive and Imvubu Park Place, enhancing road safety.
- Pothole repairs: More than 10 long-outstanding potholes were repaired, significantly improving road conditions.
- Streetlight repairs: Imvubu Park Place saw streetlight repairs, ensuring improved visibility and safety.
Stormwater and sewer infrastructure maintenance
