With winter in full swing, our cleaning, greening, and maintenance teams have kept up the pace, ensuring Riverhorse Valley remains clean, green, and visually well-maintained. Julyβs focus included both routine work and notable upgrades across key areas of the precinct.
Fresh landscaping and garden reinstatements
New gardens were planted along Hippo Park Avenue, enhancing one of the precinctβs busiest thoroughfares. The team also reinstated the garden at Imvubu Park Place and prepared the garden bed along Island Circle for replanting, contributing to the overall landscaping appeal of the precinct.

Ongoing verge and streetscape maintenance
Regular grass cutting, tree trimming, and hedge work continued across Riverhorse Valley. In particular, trees were pruned along Corobrick Road, and tree rings received attention to promote healthy growth and visual neatness. Flower beds were also swept and maintained to remove debris and preserve their shape and structure.

Additional public space upkeep
In line with our commitment to public infrastructure aesthetics, teams painted fire hydrants and ensured these safety features are clearly visible and maintained. Regular sweeping of streets and pavements supported by litter collection also contributed to a cleaner environment for all users of the precinct.

Our monthly site inspections with service providers ensure that all work meets the standards expected by our members and allows for proactive planning for the months ahead.
