Spotted In The Precinct

Living in groups of between six and 40, the banded mongoose holds the largest pack size of carnivores in South Africa. Males and females regularly transfer to other packs to ensure a diversified gene flow. The pack spotted at Riverhorse Valley last week was having a great time outside the precinct’s control room.
