Regular rains are keeping us busy! Our invasive vegetation control team is working tirelessly to clear litter washed into the Umhlangane river. From the beginning of November to date our team collected 859 bags of litter, about four times the amount that is usually collected. There are still enormous amounts of litter in the area and we expect the number of bags to double in the coming month. With the accelerated growth of grass and weeds, our greening team is working hard to stay on top of cutting and weeding on days that weather permits.
